1. GENERAL

These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you as a consumer (“You”) place an order via www.majana.se (“Site”). The agreement is concluded between you and Majana Health Concept AB, corporate registration number 559382-4948 (“Majana”). Detailed contact details and other information about Majana can be found on the Site. The Terms and Conditions are only applicable to you as a consumer and who place orders via the Site.

To be able to order on the Site, you must be 18 years of age or older. Majana does not, according to Swedish law, accept credit purchases from persons under the age of 18. Majana reserves the right to refuse or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information and/or have payment complaints).

Majana reserves the right to final sales and any image and typing errors on the site, such as errors in product descriptions or technical specifications, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. Majana has the right to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been stated for an item that you have ordered, Majana will of course notify you of this and await your approval of the corrected price before Majana continues with the order. All image information on the site should be seen exclusively as illustrations. Such illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reflect the number of items you receive or the exact appearance, functions or origin of the item. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about goods, services and other content may not be copied or used without written permission from Majana.

2. AGREEMENT AND ORDER

In order to make a purchase through the site, you must accept the Terms. By accepting the Terms, you agree to follow the Terms in their entirety, and acknowledge that you have read the information about personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies in accordance with Majana's Privacy Policy.

A purchase agreement is only concluded when Majana has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from Majana by email. Majana encourages you to save this order confirmation for any contact with Majana's customer service. You can cancel your order until it has been confirmed by Majana. If the order is canceled, Majana will refund any payments that you or your payment or credit card companies have made in relation to the order.

3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION, ETC.

You shall immediately notify Majana if it is suspected that unauthorized persons have gained access to your password. You are responsible for all purchases made with your login details if such notification has not been made.

If Majana suspects that you are abusing your user account or your login details or otherwise violating the Terms, Majana has the right to suspend you. Majana also has the right to assign you new login details.

4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

When ordering via the site, the prices stated on the site apply. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor or euros depending on what you choose, and the prices always include VAT. The prices do not include any shipping charges which are stated separately at checkout.

4.2
You can pay in the ways stated on the Site. Majana has the right to charge you when you place your order. Majana reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, or to change the payment method if the one you have chosen for some reason does not work at the time of purchase. Please note that any limitations on payment options are stated on the Site.

5. PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS

Majana may from time to time offer promotions on the Site that may have more favorable terms than those set out in these Terms, e.g. regarding payment or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable terms apply as long as the promotion is active and for the specific products specified by Majana in connection with the promotion. Majana reserves the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or withdrawal of a promotion, these Terms apply without change. Offers on specific products on the Site are valid for a limited time and while stocks last.

6. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION

6.1
Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days stated on the product page of the site. Under the section "delivery options" you can also see the expected delivery time for each delivery option. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and a delivery takes more than 14 days and this is not due to you as the customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

6.2
If packages are to be collected, you must do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages should normally be collected in person with valid identification and order number. You will always receive a notification showing where and when packages are to be collected. Notification can be made via email, regular mail and, if you have provided a mobile phone number, also via phone call or SMS.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1
When purchasing goods on the site, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Majana within 14 days of you or your representative receiving the ordered goods (the withdrawal period). In addition, as a customer you always have a 100% satisfied customer guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with your goods that you have purchased from Majana, you always have the right to get your money back if you notify this within 30 days of you or your representative receiving the ordered goods.

7.2
If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must, before the cancellation period has expired, send a clear and unambiguous message to Majana. You must state your name, address and order number in an email that you send to info@studiomajana.se . If you do not wish to use the above alternative message, you can use the standard form for exercising the right of cancellation that the Swedish Consumer Agency has developed (see www.konsumentverket.se ).

7.3
When exercising the right of withdrawal or our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, we are responsible for the return shipping, but you are responsible for the condition of the goods after you have received the goods and during the return shipping. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify Majana of exercising the right of withdrawal or 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. The goods must be sent well packaged and in good condition. Returns must be made to Majana according to the methods and instructions specified by Majana when you notify Majana of exercising the right of withdrawal or 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

7.4
Sometimes Majana may offer free returns for certain items. If free returns apply, this will be stated on the relevant item page on the Site.


7.5

When you cancel your purchase, Majana will refund the amount you paid for the item, excluding delivery costs. From the amount to be refunded, Majana is entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the item compared to the original value of the item, if and to the extent that such decrease in value is due to you having handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its characteristics or function.

7.6
Majana will refund the amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date we received your return and sent you a return confirmation by email. The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose when you purchased the item, unless otherwise agreed or there are obstacles to such a refund.

8. COMPLAINT

8.1
The right of complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. If you discover that the goods are defective when you receive your order, you should contact Majana as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after you have received your order. Contact our customer service at info@studiomajana.se. Complaints made within two months of you discovering the fault are always considered to have been submitted in a timely manner. You have a 3-year right of complaint on goods purchased on the Site.

8.2
When the claimed product has been returned and the complaint has been approved, Majana will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Majana strives for this to happen within 30 days of Majana receiving the complaint, but it may sometimes take longer. Majana reserves the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. 9. LINKS

Majana may link to other websites that are outside Majana's control, and websites outside Majana's control may link to the Site. Although Majana attempts to ensure that Majana only links to websites that share Majana's privacy and security practices as set out in the Privacy Policy, Majana is not responsible for the protection or confidentiality of any information or personal data that you provide on other websites. You should exercise caution and read the privacy practices of the relevant Site.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Majana is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Majana's control, such as general labor disputes, war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, changes in government regulations, technical problems, failures in electrical/telephone/data connections or other communications, and failures or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstances specified here. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption from damages and other penalties. If the circumstances have lasted longer than two months, both You and Majana Health Concept have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Majana reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Site. Changes will be effective from the time you accept the Terms (in connection with a new purchase or visit to the Site), or 30 days after Majana has informed you of the changes. However, Majana recommends that you check the Site regularly to be aware of any changes to the Terms.

12. INVALIDITY

If any provision of these Terms is found by any court, authority or arbitration panel to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision and all other provisions shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The provisions declared invalid or unenforceable will be superseded by relevant legal guidance and advice.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

Disputes should primarily be resolved by mutual agreement after discussion with Majana's customer service (info@studiomajana.se).

13.2
If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with Majana's customer service, you as a customer can contact ARN (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden), which you can find more information about at www.arn.se. You can also file a complaint directly online via the EU Commission's platform for dispute resolution, which you can find via the following link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . If you file a complaint via this platform, your case will automatically be forwarded to the correct national dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body will then contact us and try to resolve the dispute without involving the courts.

In the event of a dispute, Majana will follow decisions from ARN or a corresponding dispute resolution body.

13.3
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and shall be resolved in accordance with clause 13.2 above or, in the last resort, by a general court.

14. ORDER AND PAYMENT

14.1
After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you have provided as soon as your purchase has been approved.

14.2
We accept card payments with VISA, MasterCard and Klarna Pay Now, as well as invoice payments with Klarna Pay Later. When you pay with a debit card or Klarna, the payment is handled by our payment partner Shopify Payments to ensure fast and secure payment.

14.3
For returns, we will refund the amount of the purchase you are returning, including shipping costs. You can see your refund on your bank statement within 14 banking days from the day you received your return confirmation from us. The refund is always made to the same payment card used for the purchase.

15. DELIVERY OPTIONS

15.1 Shipping

We deliver throughout the EU.

15.2 Delivery options within Sweden

DHL Delivery Point
– Estimated delivery time is between 1-3 business days and your order will be delivered to your nearest post office. To collect your delivery you will need to bring a valid ID and be able to provide your shipment ID. We would like you to collect your order as soon as possible as it contains fresh skincare. Notifications regarding the delivery will be sent via email and/or SMS.

Budbee Box – Estimated delivery time is between 1–2 business days and your order will be delivered to the selected box. You will receive updates via SMS or email directly from Budbee regarding your delivery and can track your order and delivery yourself.

Budbee Home Delivery – Estimated delivery time is between 1–2 business days and your order will be delivered to your home. Delivery takes place in the evening. You will receive updates via SMS or email directly from Budbee regarding your delivery and can track your order and delivery yourself and choose the time for when the order will be delivered to your home.

PostNord MyPack Home Small: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days and your order will be delivered to your home and left in your mailbox. For packages that do not fit in the mailbox or property box, these will be left at the nearest post office.

15.3 Delivery options within the rest of the EU

UPS: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days and your order will be delivered to your nearest post office or to your home. Home delivery is normally during the day. If you choose home delivery and your package cannot be delivered to your home, the order will be left with your nearest post office, or UPS will inform you of a new delivery date. Subscription orders are also delivered with UPS. You will receive updates directly from UPS via text message or email regarding your delivery to the post office or home delivery.

16. RETURNS AND 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

16.1 Return

The products must be unused and unopened for a return to be valid. If the products are damaged or used, a refund will not apply. Always check that your shipment is undamaged upon delivery. In case of damage, wrong products or missing goods, contact us at info@studio majana.se within 14 days and we will help you.

If your product was delivered with Budbee you can easily book a return in the Budbee app or via the tracking link sent by text message or email. You choose whether you want your return to be picked up at home or if you want to leave the return in a parcel box. For returns with Budbee, no return shipping label is required. Pack the item well and follow the instructions given by Budbee.

16.2 100% customer satisfaction guarantee
As a customer, you always have a 100% satisfied customer guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with your item that you have purchased from Majana, you always have the right to get your money back if you notify us within 30 days of you or your representative receiving the ordered item.

16.3 Unclaimed packages
If you do not collect your package and it is automatically sent back to us, we will usually charge a fee of SEK 200 per product for this. As our skincare is fresh, it is important to collect it quickly if you have ordered it from a postal agent.

16.4 Complaints
The right to a complaint covers goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. You should contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the fault at info@studiomajana.se and mark the email with "Complaint" and state the order number, name and address in the email. As soon as we have received and processed your complaint, we will send you a return confirmation via email. NOTE! Remember that complaints may take a little longer to receive a response than a return.

If someone has provided contact information for references during the recruitment process, we only save their name, phone number, and email address. We retain the information until the recruitment process is complete.

Among the things that cannot be deleted are data required by the Accounting Act and data required for Majana Health Concept AB to be able to fulfill its obligations in the event of, for example, complaints.
